New Dealers should complete the General Dealer Agreement and Dealer Application.

New Jersey dealers must send a copy of a NJ Banking License. New York dealers are required to send a copy of a NY Certificate of Authority and Motor Vehicle License. Leaders has E-Contracting available via online portal or email.  Leaders also accepts specific NY/NJ Law 553 arb contracts, call in for more details

Credit Department Hours:

Leaders Credit Department is open 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Funding: Can be done by mail or at Leaders office (discounting hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays. When possible, please pre-fax all documents to expedite funding.
