When is my first payment due?
Your first payment is usually due 30 (thirty) days from the date your contract is signed. You will also receive a payment coupon book and are responsible for timely payments for the term of your loan.

What do I do if I change my insurance carrier or make another change to my policy?
Please submit your new insurance information by clicking here or call our insurance department at 1-800-777-2096.

Can I make a payment and have it credited today?
Yes, to make a payment via telephone, call us at 908-497-9100. Payments received before 8:00 p.m. (EST) Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, will be credited that day. All other payments will be credited the next business day.
Do I need to advise Leaders Financial of a change of address?

What is the amount of my payoff?
You can request a payoff by calling our office at 908-497-9100.
Are there any insurance requirements?
You must maintain full comprehensive and collision insurance coverage with Leaders Financial Company listed as the lien holder. Deductibles cannot exceed $750.00.
What should I do if my car is stolen?
Contact your insurance carrier and get a claim number and adjuster information. Report the claim information to Leaders Financial Company by calling our office at 908-497-9100.
